Shipping 

We offer shipping to most counties around the world. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can keep track of your shipment. 

For domestic orders, we offer standard shipping, which usually takes between 3-5 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs regulations. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by us. 

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, we are happy to assist you. Please review the following guidelines for our return process:

1. Eligibility for Return: 

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. 
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened and in their original condition with all packaging intact. 
  • Used or opened items are not eligible for a return. 

2. Restocking Fee:

  • All returned unopened items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee helps us process and manage the return. 
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. 

3. Shipping Fees: 

  • Shipping fees and duties/taxes are non-refundable and will be excluded from the final refund amount. 
  • Any Shipping fees occurred for returning the items are responsibility of the customer and non-refundable. 

4. How to Return: 

  • Please contact our customer service team at info@arecashop.com to initiate your return. 
  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number, which will be provided by our customer service team. 
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. 
  • Products that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way will not be accepted for return. 
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product and will be issued in the original form of payment. 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to ensure that the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
