We offer shipping to most counties around the world. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can keep track of your shipment. 

For domestic orders, we offer standard shipping, which usually takes between 3-5 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary depending on your location and customs regulations. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duties fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded by us. 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy. You may return your item within 30 days of purchase, with the exception of final sale products. All returned items are subject to a 3% restocking fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be excluded from final refund amount. 

To initiate a return, please contact to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have obtained an RMA number, return the item in its original condition and packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

Please note that the following conditions must be met before any refund approved. 

  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid RMA number, which will be provided by our customer service team. 
  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included. 
  • Products that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way will not be accepted for return. 
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned product and will be issued in the original form of payment. 

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. Our customer service team will work with you to ensure that the problem is resolved to your satisfaction.
